2. Pre-call research
Before we speak, I read your business the way a prospective customer would — your services, your team, your public commitments. That way the call is spent on how the work actually flows, not on facts I could have looked up.
3. Written AI readiness report (10+ pages)
Where AI fits, where it doesn't, prioritised opportunities with effort and expected return, data protection considerations, and a 90-day plan.
4. Walkthrough call (30 minutes)
We go through the report together so you can ask questions and leave knowing exactly what to do first.
Who it's for

What it isn't

What the report is allowed to recommend
Constraints are part of the method, not a limitation. Every recommendation in the report has to pass the same tests:
- No more than two new tools, in total.
- Under €100 a month in combined tooling cost.
- EU data residency.
- Where a feature you already pay for will do the job, that's what you'll be told to use.
Most of the value in a report like this sits in what it tells you not to buy.
